Our Partners
SVYFS collaborates with numerous public and private agencies in order to provide wrap-around support for the youth and their family. Some of the agencies we partner with are:
Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office
Since 1850 the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office has been providing law enforcement, court security services and detention services to the citizens of Sonoma County.
Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course (CSARC)
With activities focused on problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution, we offer team building programs that engage students and offer them the opportunity to make bold strides, build compassion and confidence that reaches beyond the ropes course day.
Hanna Boys Center
Hanna transforms the lives of youth, families and communities impacted by trauma and adversity through resilience, connection and spiritual wellness.
Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance
The Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance invests in the future of our community by fostering enduring relationships between caring adult mentors and school children in need of academic and social support. Mentoring is a proven solution for the tough problems facing many Sonoma Valley children.
Teen Services Sonoma
Teen Services Sonoma (previously Sonoma Valley Teen Services) has been working with Sonoma Valley schools, local businesses, and other youth-serving organizations to provide work-readiness skills and experiences to local teens and young adults since 1991.
